A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

By rocksthatshine on November 23, 2021November 23, 2021

Depending on the platform your home-base company uses, keeping a separate log journal is imperative, so that you get paid.  Also, if a client is questioning how long it took you to complete a project, it is noted in your log journal.

Some of the basic information I use is Day, Date, Time starting, time completed, the clients first name and the amount of time it took for each project.

9:30 am to 9:40 am  – Client meeting with Kevin               10 min    KEVIN

The hardest part is having to do this process twice. Once in the platform and once for yourself.  You like getting paid right? Make sure to keep it simple or you will probably want to neglect this important task.

Happy Logging!
